Paul Hastings Drafts Ratner as Private Equity Global Vice Chair

Joshua Ratner has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in New York and as global vice chair of private equity, the firm said Monday.

Ratner represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in addition to venture capital and hedge funds, family offices, and operating companies, according to Paul Hastings.

He co-chaired the food and healthy living practice at Goodwin Procter. He has also served as managing director and general counsel, private equity, of York Capital Management and its York Special Opportunities Funds, Paul Hastings said.
