Anna Rips has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the global funds practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Rips has experience representing fund sponsors, asset managers, and investment advisers in the structuring and distribution of private offerings of investment funds, according to Paul Hastings.
She joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
