Timothy Fesenmyer joined Paul Hastings as a partner in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Fesenmyer focuses on high-profile domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions work, advising companies, boards of directors, legal teams, and executive management on complex transactions and matters involving corporate governance and compliance, the firm said.
He joins from King & Spalding.
