Paul Hastings Adds TCV Lawyer Cahill as Private Equity Partner

Anthony Cahill joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its private equity practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Cahill joins from TCV, where he was vice president and associate general counsel. He will advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other investors on all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, portfolio management, growth investments and exits, the firm said.
