Paul Hastings Adds Restructuring Partner David Hong in New York

David K. Hong has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the global financial restructuring practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Hong, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis, advises clients through complex debt finance, distressed/stressed situations, event-driven investments, private credit transactions, and credit default swap transactions, according to Paul Hastings.

He served as senior investment counsel at King Street Capital Management, a credit-oriented investment firm, Paul Hastings said.
