Nicholas Robinson and Tracy Feng have joined Paul Hastings as partners alongside a team of associates in the structured credit practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Robinson represents financial institutions, asset managers, and investors in collateralized loan obligations, said Paul Hastings. His practice also includes debt private placements, leveraged finance, and transportation finance.
Feng has experience representing underwriters, collateral managers, and investors in broadly syndicated and middle-market CLOs, said the firm.
