Paul Hastings Adds Mariotti as White Collar Partner in Chicago

Renato Mariotti has joined Paul Hastings as a partner with the firm’s global investigations and white-collar defense practice in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.

Mariotti focuses on complex high-stakes litigation, including private equity and hedge fund litigation, derivative-related claims, and cyber theft, according to the firm.

He also represents clients in matters related to digital assets and cryptocurrency, governmental inquiries, enforcement actions, director and officer liability, whistleblower allegations, board governance and oversight, and internal controls, and advises on internal investigations and internal compliance programs, the firm said.

He joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
