Paul Hastings Adds Keith Schomig as National Security Partner

Keith Schomig joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the national security, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and global trade controls practices in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Schomig’s practice focuses on national security reviews before CFIUS and non-US equivalent agencies, as well as foreign ownership, control, or influence mitigation matters before the Defense Department and other national security agencies, the firm said.

He joins from White & Case.
