Paul Hastings Adds Kalenderian as Executive Compensation Partner

Deidre Kalenderian joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its executive compensation practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Kalenderian counsels companies, private equity firms, and portfolio companies on diverse employment, executive compensation, and employee benefit matters relating to corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, sales, private equity investments, and restructurings, the firm said.

She also advises clients on negotiating executive employment, retention and severance, institutional investment and fiduciary responsibility, reductions in force, and change-in-control agreements, as well as the equity compensation, tax, securities, and corporate governance aspects of compensation agreements, Paul Hastings said.
