Jeffrey Ramsay joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its investment grade finance practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Ramsay advises on capital markets transactions and financings, with a focus on investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings as well as equity and equity-linked deals, including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, liability management, and debt restructuring matters, the firm said.
He joins from Davis Polk.
