Brad Drake has joined Paul Hastings as an insurance transactional partner in Chicago, the firm said Monday.
Drake advises insurance companies and other financial institutions across a range of transactions, from company formations and innovative risk transfer solutions through company and block acquisitions, according to the firm.
He has advised domestic and global life and annuity insurance and reinsurance companies, investors, lenders, asset managers and other financial institutions that have included Athene Life and Annuity, Prudential Financial, Nomura Securities, JPMorgan, Bain Insurance, Resolution Life, and Apollo Global Management, the firm said.
