Peter Hays has jumped to Paul Hastings as a partner in its corporate department in Houston, the firm announced Monday.
Hays joins from King & Spalding, where he spent the last eight years. He advises public and private companies, equity and debt investors, developers and entrepreneurs on transactions in the energy sector, including upstream and midstream deals and new projects in the energy transition space.
