Serge Todorovich joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its investment funds and private capital practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Todorovich counsels fund sponsors and institutional investors on the establishment and ongoing operation of private funds, focusing on multi-asset credit funds, distressed credit funds, private credit funds, and hedge funds. He also advises on regulatory and compliance matters, fund financings, and derivatives and structured product transactions, including rated note funds, the firm said.
He joins from Shenkman Capital Management.
