Brian Israel joined Paul Hastings as a partner and co-head of the firm’s environmental litigation practice in Los Angeles and Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Israel’s practice focuses on crisis management and counseling, including climate issues, as well as federal and state environmental enforcement matters, the firm said.
He joins from Arnold & Porter.
