Paul Hastings Adds Donahue as Chair of Public Company Advisory

Sean Donahue has joined Paul Hastings as the chair of public company advisory and co-chair of shareholder activism and takeover defense, the firm said Thursday.

Donahue joins from Goodwin, where he served as chair of the public company advisory practice and co-chair of the ESG and impact practice, according to Paul Hastings.

He has experience in securities regulation, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, said the firm.
