Colin Diamond has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in New York and co-chair of global capital markets, the firm said Monday.
Diamond focuses on securities transactions in the technology, life sciences, energy, and industrial sectors, according to Paul Hastings. He has experience with registered equity offerings, private placements, and convertible bond offerings.
He previously served as chair of the public company advisory group and senior capital markets leader at White & Case.
