Paul Hastings Adds Dechert Private Equity Partner Miner in NY

Brian Miner joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its private equity practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Miner advises private equity firms on domestic and international transactions across sectors including asset management, insurance, life sciences, healthcare, energy and manufacturing. His work includes counseling on acquisitions and dispositions of interests in asset management firms and financial institutions, including structuring, negotiating and executing GP stakes and other minority and control investments in private equity and other asset managers, the firm said.

He joins from Dechert.
