Paul Hastings Adds Chase, Johnson as Capital Markets Partners

Scott Chase and Kerry Johnson joined Paul Hastings as capital markets partners in Boston and Chicago, respectively, the firm announced Monday.

Chase’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies on corporate and securities matters including IPOs, follow-on offerings, corporate governance, disclosure issues, and mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.

Johnson advises clients on capital markets and securities offerings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters, with a primary emphasis on the real estate industry and publicly traded REITs.

Chase joins from Goodwin Procter. Johnson joins from DLA Piper.
