Seo Salimi has joined Paul Hastings as a partner, co-head of the equity capital markets practice, and co-chair of the corporate life sciences practice in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Salimi, who joins from Goodwin Procter, represents life sciences companies and underwriters in initial public offerings, private placements, and cross-border offerings, according to Paul Hastings.
He advises public and private companies in their capital-raising strategies in addition to SEC compliance and corporate governance matters, the firm said.
