David Broderick has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Broderick, who works on complex real estate transactions, has advised financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, and asset managers, according to Paul Hastings.
He also works on UCC public actions, intercreditor and co-lender and partnership disputes, loan securitization, private equity asset level transactions, asset management, and bankruptcies, Paul Hastings said.
