Andrew Goodman will join Paul Hastings Monday as a mergers and acquisitions and shareholder activism partner, according to the firm.

Goodman focuses on public company M&A, corporate governance, shareholder activism defense, and contested situations, the firm said.

He advises clients across sectors with deep experience in life sciences, technology, and real estate investment trust M&A, Paul Hastings said.
