Partner Dan Roland Returns to Finnegan From Justice Department

Dan Roland has rejoined Finnegan LLP as a partner, the firm said Monday.

He served as a trial attorney and as lead counsel in the civil division, national courts section, at the Justice Department, according to Finnegan.

Roland, who clerked for Judge Alvin A. Schall at the Federal Circuit, also dealt with mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies before moving his focus to the public sector, Finnegan said.
