Paramount Skydance Corp. turned to a former Biden White House lawyer to respond to Democrats’ questions about the media company’s recent merger.
Kevin Barstow, a partner at O’Melveny & Myers, is representing Paramount Skydance, according to a letter made public Wednesday. Barstow joined the firm in May, after two years as senior counsel and special assistant to former President Joe Biden.
