Otterbourg Recruits Former Brown Rudnick Partner Sunni Beville

Sunni P. Beville has joined Otterbourg P.C. as a partner in the restructuring and bankruptcy department and as a co-leader of the mass torts bankruptcy practice group, the firm said Thursday.

Beville, who joins from Brown Rudnick, represents companies, tort victims, and equity holders in Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 bankruptcy cases as well as out-of-court restructuring matters, according to Otterbourg.

Her practice includes debtor-side bankruptcy work, mass tort bankruptcies, and other matters involving insolvent companies, said the firm.
