Orrick’s Tech Companies Group Gains Beser as New York Partner

Josh Beser has joined Orrick’s technology companies group as a corporate partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Beser, who practiced as a partner at Wilson Sonsini, has in-house experience at tech, life sciences, and consumer brand companies, according to Orrick.

He also held the role of general counsel and corporate secretary at Away, vice president and general counsel at Canary, and assistant general counsel at Lonza, Orrick said.
