Orion Mountainspring has rejoined Orrick as a partner in the structured finance group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Mountainspring has experience in securitizations as well as other asset-based financings in the fintech and solar energy spaces, according to Orrick.
He advises warehouse lenders and borrowers, underwriters, and investors in public and private conduit and term transactions backed by asset classes, said the firm.
He most recently served as a partner at Chapman and Cutler.
