Peter Bergan joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner in its real estate practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Bergan focuses on the latest trends in hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation data center transactions, the firm said. He counsels clients on complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, retail, hospitality, multifamily and single-family real estate transactions, including joint ventures and development work.
He joins from Loeb & Loeb.
