Orrick Recruits Jade Turner-Bond as Public Finance Partner

Jade Turner-Bond joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner in its public finance team in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Turner-Bond advises on the structuring, development, and financing of infrastructure projects across all asset classes, with a focus on water and waste facilities, transportation, and social infrastructure, the firm said. She serves as bond, disclosure, underwriter’s, developer’s, lender’s, and investor’s counsel on taxable and tax-exempt structures.
