Igor Kukhta joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner in its finance team in Paris, the firm announced Monday.
Kukhta represents private credit lenders, special situations funds, corporations, private equity funds, and banks in leveraged acquisition financings, special situations and distressed financings, corporate credit facilities, debt restructurings, and other debt financings, the firm said.
He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
