Clayton Holland joined Orrick as a partner in its public finance practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Holland has served as bond counsel for over $4 billion of school district bonds and $2 billion in charter school bonds over the past five years, and advises on general obligation financings, utility revenue financings, lease revenue financings, conduit financings, industrials revenue bonds, special assessment financings, and tax credit bonds. Holland also serves as underwriter’s counsel and bank counsel, the firm said.
He joins from Hunton Andrews Kurth.
