Lewis Hower has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as a managing director of TechCo and fund relationships, the firm said Tuesday.
Hower served as head of startup banking at Silicon Valley Bank, according to Orrick.
He offers financial and commercial guidance to tech and life sciences founders and investors, which includes facilitating connections to financing, talent, and other opportunities, Orrick said.
