Orrick Recruits Eric Hochstadt as Antitrust Litigation Head

Eric Hochstadt joined Orrick as the head of its global antitrust litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.

Hochstadt’s practice focuses on civil antitrust, class action, and complex litigation, as well as merger and non-merger conduct investigations, criminal cartel investigations, and antitrust counseling. He represents clients in the life sciences, tech, financial services, fintech, and energy sectors, the firm said.

He joins from Weil Gotshal & Manges.
