Timothy Carroll has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as part of the IP litigation practice in Chicago, the firm said Wednesday.
Carroll, who will also spend time in Washington, D.C., has experience with patent cases and other IP matters for innovators in the tech and life sciences sectors, according to Orrick.
He practiced as a partner at Venable LLP.
