Amy Roma joined Orrick as a partner in its nuclear energy practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Thursday.
Roma, who joins from Hogan Lovells, advises advanced reactor developers, fusion companies, fuel suppliers, investors, technology companies, and major energy users. Her work spans licensing and regulatory strategy, commercialization pathways, fuel cycle development, and project finance and structuring, the firm said.
