Orrick Nabs Seattle Energy Partner McNallen From Reed Smith

Brendan McNallen joined Orrick LLP as a partner in its energy & infrastructure team in Seattle, the firm announced Tuesday.

McNallen, who joins from Reed Smith, focuses on project development and finance across the energy generation, storage, transmission and distribution, and infrastructure sectors. He has experience structuring and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction and build-transfer agreement transactions, Orrick said.
