Sarah Tauman joined Orrick as a partner in its employment team in Sacramento, the firm announced Wednesday.
Tauman counsels venture-backed technology companies on employment issues as they scale and advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. She brings experience in healthtech, fintech and consumer tech, the firm said.
She joins from DLA Piper.
