Laura Lariu, Nikita Shah, and Alexandra Wood have joined Orrick as partners in the tech companies group, the firm said Monday.
Lariu served as general counsel at Relativity Space, which launched the first 3D-printed rocket, according to Orrick.
Shah most recently held the role of associate general counsel at MasterClass, and Wood joins from Fenwick where she led tech companies in their strategic transactions, Orrick said.
