Orrick Makes M&A, Private Equity Team Addition to Milan Office

Fabio Fauceglia has joined Orrick as a partner on the M&A and private equity team in Milan, the firm said Monday.

Fauceglia advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, including competitive auctions, takeovers, joint ventures, and carve-outs, according to Orrick.

He previously served at Shearman & Sterling, and joins alongside a team of five associates and one of counsel, said the firm.
