Rob Warfield joined Orrick as a partner in its energy and infrastructure team in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Warfield advises private equity and credit funds, portfolio companies, sponsors, and lenders on financing transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector, the firm said.
He joins from The Carlyle Group.
