Orrick Hires Rebecca Servian as Compensation, Benefits Partner

Rebecca Servian joined Orrick as a partner in its compensation and benefits group in London, the firm announced Monday.

Servian advises startups on designing and implementing share and cash-based incentives arrangements at all stages, from pre-seed round to exit. She also provides strategic advice and leads due diligence on share-based incentives in connection with mergers and acquisitions, IPO, private equity, and restructuring transactions, the firm said.

She joins from Latham & Watkins.
