Michael Prüssner and Benjamin Schikora joined Orrick as partners on the mergers and acquisitions and private equity team in Munich, the firm announced Tuesday.
Prüssner and Schikora have practiced together for years, advising companies and funds on German and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. They have deep experience in advising companies in the energy and infrastructure and technology and innovation sectors, as well as industrial, the firm said.
They join from Norton Rose Fulbright.
