Matthew Nesburn, Jeff Quinn-Cane, and Charles Armbrust joined Orrick as partners in its energy platform, the firm announced Wednesday.
Nesburn joins in Santa Monica, Calif., and advises global energy companies, sponsors, independent power producers, and funds on tax equity and other credit monetization transactions, the firm said.
Quinn-Cane joins in Seattle and advises clients primarily on tax-driven financings, the firm said.
Armbrust joins in Houston and works with debt and other structured financings in the energy sector, the firm said.
They join from A&O Shearman.
