Danielle Tully, Mike Powell and Josh Glucoft joined Orrick as partners in its IP litigation practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Tully is a first-chair IP trial lawyer in New York who advises clients in high-stakes patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and other commercial cases in the tech and life sciences sectors, including medical device technologies. She served as co-chair of the Global Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups at her previous firm.
