Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is picking up a pair of partners from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Boston the firm announced on Wednesday.
Mark Solakian and Jake Gatof are joining the firm as partners in its life sciences and tech venture capital practice. They advise companies and their boards and investors through all stages of growth and investment, including financings, strategic collaborations and M&A transactions, primarily focused on the life sciences sector.
