Dan Shapiro joined Orrick’s energy and infrastructure practice as a partner in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Shapiro represents sponsors, developers, institutional investors, lenders and underwriters in connection with projects in infrastructure asset classes, including airports, toll roads, rail, chemical and water. His practice encompasses both greenfield development and secondary market transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Winston & Strawn.
