Victor Liang, Brittany Fox, John Paul Igoe and Polly O’Brien joined Orrick as partners in its structured finance practice, the firm announced Tuesday. Liang joined in New York, Fox joined in Austin, Igoe joined in Charlotte and O’Brien will join in London.
Liang and Fox advised financial institutions, asset managers, companies, loan originators and servicers in forward flow and acquisitions of asset portfolios, as well as structured financings across a variety of asset classes. Their work included consumer and marketplace loans, commercial loans, trade receivables, card receivables and esoteric assets.
