Kaleb Walker joined Orrick as a partner in its energy & infrastructure team in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Walker represents owners and developers in the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction contracts and related agreements for major oil and gas, LNG, power, petrochemical, energy transition projects domestically and around the world. He advises across the entire project lifecycle, from project conception through engineering, design, construction and operations, the firm said.
He joins from King & Spalding.
