Alfred Weightman has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner with the global renewable PPA practice in London, the firm said Thursday.
Weightman, who has buy-side and sell-side experience, ran the energy legal team in EMEA for Amazon Web Services, according to Orrick.
He led the PPA legal team at GoldenPeaks Capital, a solar PV developer in Eastern Europe, Orrick said.
