Victoria Newbold joined Orrick as a partner in the antitrust and competition practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Newbold focuses on antitrust investigations, merger control, and foreign direct investment and advises clients tech, financial services, and retail, the firm said.
She joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
