David Sharrow has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner with the life sciences and tech transactions team in Boston and New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Sharrow has experience helping life sciences and tech companies form their intellectual property strategies as well as facilitating collaboration, partnering, and licensing agreements, according to Orrick. His clients are involved in life sciences, fintech, artificial intelligence, renewable energy and sustainable technologies, and cybersecurity.
He led the licensing, strategic partnering, and commercial transactions group at Gunderson Dettmer, Orrick said.
